Employee Empowerment


5s Committee

Employees are oriented about the practice of 5S upon entry to LAMCOR. This practice develops each employee's discipline and orderliness in their work areas thus promoting safety and productivity.

Canteen Committee

Looking after the welfare of all employees, this committee monitors the operation of our canteen concessionaires for the purpose of improving their services.

Continuous Improvement Committee

A committee that encourages employees to participate in the Suggestion Scheme by submitting their improvement ideas which promotes safety, productivity or cost-saving. Approved ideas whether big or small are recognized and rewarded.

Education Committee

This committee fosters on employees’ continuous learning and self-improvement. They conduct livelihood trainings and seminars for willing employees.

Safety and Health Committee

This committee is committed to ensure the welfare of each employee inside the company. They regularly inspect possible hazards that may jeopardize employees' safety and immediately make countermeasures once a hazard is spotted.

Socials Committee

A committee that attends to employees' welfare during social events like company outings, Christmas party and anniversary among others. This committee make sure that such activities or occasions are memorable.

Sports Committee

To promote physical fitness and camaraderie, the Sports Committee plans for a whole year sports activities wherein all employees are invited to participate. This committee is also active in coordinating with sports organizers within Laguna Technopark.

Transportation Committee

A committee that is devoted in ensuring the convenience of each employee in boarding shuttle services to and from the company. This committee
