A leadership training for LAMCOR’S Team Leaders was held last November 13, 2024, for Batch 1 and December 17,2024 for Batch 2 at the Laguna Technopark Multi-Purpose Pavillion.

This Leadership Training is designed to equip current team leaders with the essential tools and skills they need to excel in their roles. This interactive training focuses on practical strategies for managing teams, resolving conflicts, setting clear goals and driving performance while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.

The training was facilitated by Mr. Ronnie Turla of Talent Reach Consulting.
