A leadership seminar for LAMCOR's Section Heads was held last July 19 - 20, 2024 at the Laguna Technopark Multi-Purpose Pavillion.

This seminar is a follow through of the Basic Supervisory Seminar of Supervisors. Objective of this seminar is to learn practical tips and principles in managing people in the modern workplace and at the same time get the best results from their people.

This also aims to enhance their supervisory skills covering critical topics such as Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Coaching, Cause Analysis and Delegation.

The seminar was facilitated by Mr. Ronnie Turla of Talent Reach Consulting.
