Mitsubishi Electric Asia Corporate Office conducted the Middle Management Seminar (MMS) in the Philippines last July 31 - Aug 2, 2024 at Seda Hotel Nuvali.

It was participated by 11 of Lamcor Managers as well as Managers from other MELCO Group companies in the Philippines - International Elevator and Equipment (IEE) and MELCO Factory Automation Philippines, Inc (MELAP).

The MMS is a thoroughly structured extension of the Basic Management Seminar(BMS). This program is tailored to cultivate the leadership and management capabilities essential for middle management at Mitsubishi Electric. Participants engaged in a 3-day deeper exploration of the strategic, financial, and interpersonal facets that are pivotal to effective leadership.

The seminar was facilitated by Mr. Frederick Goh, ACO, HR MEAP (Singapore).
